Terms of use and proposed SAF sale terms

Terms for this protected review site, with proposed business-to-business sale provisions clearly identified. No live sale is available.

Draft for prototype evaluation only. This document is not legal advice and requires review by qualified Irish, EU and relevant market counsel before any live sale.

1. Operator, scope and contact

Future Energy Capital Limited, trading as Future Energy Global (FEG), Irish company number 734459, Unit J, Block 1, Shannon Business Park, Shannon, Co. Clare, V14 EV57, Ireland. These terms apply to this SAF storefront demonstration. Contact FEG through the contact link below, quoting the relevant page or test order reference.

The demo-use provisions apply to evaluation. The proposed sale provisions below are a draft for commercial and legal review; they are not an invitation to pay, a binding supply commitment or confirmation of available inventory. Mandatory legal rights are preserved.

2. Using the demonstration

Use fictional customer, beneficiary and payment details. Checkout creates only a simulated order. No funds are collected, fuel is delivered or external registry retirement is instructed. Sample certificates have no reporting, compliance, resale or investment value.

Do not submit identity documents, bank details, special-category personal data or real customer records. Do not bypass access restrictions, impersonate another organisation, tamper with records or publish synthetic evidence as genuine. FEG may suspend access, correct content or reset demonstration records.

3. What the proposed product represents

The intended product is a specified quantity of SAF Scope 3 environmental attributes with allocation or retirement evidence under an identified book-and-claim arrangement. A tCO2e quantity is not a tonne of physical fuel. The product does not promise that SAF will be delivered to the buyer’s aircraft, route or airport.

Fuel sustainability certification, lifecycle calculation, registry allocation and the buyer’s reporting eligibility are separate questions. A reference to ISCC-CORSIA does not itself establish a particular lot’s certification, a completed retirement, eligibility under CORSIA or acceptance under a corporate reporting framework. No instrument is represented here as an investment, a regulated allowance or an ARB Offset Credit.

4. Proposed price, quantity and delivery

The proposed offer is UCO / HEFA-SPK SAF Scope 3 attributes at USD 275 per tCO2e excluding VAT, from 1 tCO2e, with a demonstration limit of 10 tCO2e per order. Whether 10 tCO2e represents total inventory or an order limit, and the precise meaning of a six-month vintage, remain to be agreed.

Retirement or delivery within one week of cleared funds is a proposed commercial target, subject to confirmed supply, complete beneficiary instructions and screening. A binding delivery date, taxes, currency, charges and the treatment of delays must appear in the final accepted order. The demo does not calculate or approve the applicable VAT treatment.

5. Proposed contract formation and payment

For live trading, a product listing or order acknowledgement would not alone accept an order. Acceptance would require an express written FEG confirmation identifying the contracting parties, lot or approved sourcing specification, quantity, price, taxes, registry, beneficiary, delivery obligations and the applicable version of the terms.

The proposed launch method is invoiced bank transfer. Funds must be independently confirmed as cleared before fulfilment release. A remittance advice is not proof of payment. Bank-detail changes must be independently verified through an established contact, not acted on solely because an email requests them. These are proposed live-sale controls, not functions being offered by this review site.

6. Allocation, evidence and permitted claims

The proposed evidence pack must identify the relevant fuel or source lot, feedstock/pathway, sustainability certification and its scope, period/vintage, lifecycle methodology and baseline, calculation inputs and quantity, registry/programme, unique allocation or retirement reference, beneficiary, and verification status. Missing evidence must be identified rather than implied by a sample certificate.

A purchaser must use only claims supported by the final evidence and applicable reporting rules. Do not describe a purchase as carbon neutral, net zero, an offset, or a reduction in the buyer’s inventory merely because a certificate exists. No guarantee is given that a particular standard setter, auditor or authority will accept the proposed accounting treatment.

The same attribute must not be sold or claimed twice. Proposed retired attributes are for the named beneficiary’s permitted use; resale, reassignment, splitting or duplicate use requires express written agreement and compliance with the governing programme. A certificate correction must preserve a traceable prior record and identify the superseding version.

7. Proposed non-delivery, correction and dispute process

A final supply agreement must distinguish non-delivery, shortfall, invalid allocation, duplicate allocation and later evidence corrections. The proposed remedy is correction or an equivalent replacement agreed with the buyer; if that cannot be achieved within an agreed period, refund the affected undelivered or invalid quantity, subject to applicable law. FEG must not substitute a materially different product without agreement.

Refund deadlines, the correction window, dispute procedure and the treatment of an irreversible registry retirement are not yet agreed. A sample order does not establish them. No contractual clause can authorise a payment, refund or transfer prohibited by sanctions law; lawful funds must not be retained merely because an internal review is inconvenient.

8. Market access and customer responsibilities

The market-access policy applies to the demonstration. Buyers must accurately identify the purchasing entity and intended beneficiary and must not use an intermediary, false address or alternative account to evade a restriction. A live transaction would additionally require proportionate identity, ownership/control, payment and end-use checks.

FEG may decline or hold a proposed transaction where information is incomplete or a legal restriction may apply. A commercial country restriction is not a finding that an individual is sanctioned. Any live hold, refusal or release must follow the applicable law and an accountable review process.

9. Registry publication, privacy and publicity

Any live registry publication must be explained before acceptance, including required beneficiary wording, fields made public and limits on changing immutable records. Acknowledging a necessary registry disclosure is not blanket consent to unrelated processing. The appropriate lawful basis must be established separately.

Use of a buyer’s name, logo or case study in marketing is optional and separate. Declining publicity must not prevent an otherwise eligible order. No actual registry publication takes place in this demo; the privacy notice explains the data used for evaluation.

10. Responsibility, external material and legal rights

FEG remains responsible for the accuracy of information it supplies and obligations it expressly accepts. A customer remains responsible for its own downstream claims and for obtaining advice appropriate to its reporting framework and audience. Linking to supplier evidence does not turn it into independently verified FEG evidence.

No promise of investment return, future carbon price, tax outcome or financial-reporting treatment is made. Liability caps, indemnities and exclusions for any live sale require express agreement and legal review; none should be inferred from this demo. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These proposed terms use Irish law and Irish courts, subject to mandatory consumer or other protections where applicable. The intended live offering is business-to-business; selecting a business label does not itself remove a person’s statutory rights.

11. Versions and unresolved approvals

This revision supersedes the previous demonstration wording for new acknowledgements; existing records retain the version previously acknowledged. Material changes to an actual contract would require the process agreed in that contract.

Before any live offer: confirm product evidence, contracting entity, inventory/vintage, tax treatment, remedies, territorial policy, screening responsibility, provider/data arrangements and approved claims. Angela’s review and any required specialist counsel review remain outstanding.
